NOTICE: The ARC Submission Process Has Changed

All ARC requests must now be submitted through Vantaca, your HOA management portal in cooperation with Greenacre Properties. This is a secure access portal that requires a username and password. Please use the following links to access the portal or to register as a user if you have not already done so.

This process is now required to ensure that your requests are received and reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. Faxed requests are no longer accepted. All submitted requests and their approval or denial results will be visible in the portal and will become part of your homeowner records. We appreciate your understanding as we implement changes to facilitate faster responses and centralized communication for your requests.

    You should include actual product samples, photos or web addresses to support your request. If your request entails certain color samples or swatches, original hard copy samples must be submitted for review. Mail all hard copy samples to Carrollwood Village Phase III HOA, 4131 Gunn Highway, Tampa, Fl 33618. Any submission that does not contain these supporting documents will be returned as rejected.

    Acceptable file types (extensions) are: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, xls, xlsx. NOTE: If your files will not upload, please reduce the file size. For security reasons, we restrict the types and sizes of files that can be uploaded.

Please make sure your application includes all required attachments (I.e. paint color swatches, product brochures, contractor proposals, surveys, etc.) that pertain to your request. Our goal is to review your request and reply to you as soon as possible.The ARC has 30 days from date of receipt by Greenacre Properties, Inc. to act on your request.
