Serving as the steward of community well-being, Greenacre Properties plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Carrollwood Village, working closely with the Board of Directors and residents to create a harmonious and thriving environment.

Our dedicated Community Association Manager (CAM), Dawn Archambault, provides knowledgeable and hands-on management to oversee the day-to-day operations of Carrollwood Village. Dawn serves as a reliable point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, facilitating community events, and ensuring that all aspects of community maintenance and administration are meticulously managed. From upholding association guidelines and facilitating architectural reviews to implementing community enhancement projects, she works tirelessly to support the interests of the community and maintain the high standards that define Carrollwood Village.
